Cancellations and refunds
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in our sole discretion for any reasons, including where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the booking contain or resulted from a mistake or error, even if such mistake or error is ours. The booking is deemed accepted by you at the end of the booking process.
If we need to change your booking, we’ll tell you as soon as we can. If you don't accept that change, you’ll be entitled to cancel and claim a full refund but we will have no additional liability for any direct or indirect costs you may incur.
If you cancel:
More than 48 hours before your booking is due to start, you’ll receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours before, there won’t be any refund.
If you or any party to your booking fails to attend the Booking or is late to the point of pick up, we will record that as a No Show, and you will not be entitled to a refund
The booking can be cancelled via email hello@thepartnershiptours.com
If you wish to apply for a refund, you must do so in writing, via the "Contact Us" section or email hello@thepartnershiptours.com, no more than 14 days after your booking date.
Limitation on liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we’ll only be liable for costs you incur as a direct result of a failure on our behalf and accepts no liability for acts done as agents for others for whom they may act or represent in any way which result in any damages or injuries. We can only be liable for any inquiries only by Law of Jamaica. This means, to the extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for (e.g.) any: claim against the company for indirect loss or indirect damages, product, service or action of a Service Provider or other business partner or injuries howsoever caused and accepts that no claims can be made against the company in the event that any portion of a tour had to be cancelled or limited due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

Force majeure
We cannot be held liable with respect to the customer for failure to execute its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure. Cases of force majeure shall be construed as meaning any event of natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, risks of natural hazards (such as approaching hurricanes or other storms, fire, flood, drought, war, warlike commotion, political unrests, boycotts, riots or civil commotions, terrorist attack or threats, strikes, epidemics, outbreaks of illnesses epidemics or pandemics, governmental measures, industrial dispute, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, or any other events which make it impossible for clients to travel to destinations.

We reserve the right to modify this terms & conditions at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
